7th Street Storage sells High Security Disc Locks, or customers can bring their own locks. In either case, only the customer has a key to the lock for the safety of the customer's contents.
If a customer needs to speak to the manager on duty, there is an intercom connection at each of the keypads throughout the building.
In case of an emergency, each floor has 2 emergency pull-stations, which will sound an alarm and either the manager on duty or the after hours monitoring service will be contacted for appropriate action.

In addition to the safety features, the facility security only allows those individuals renting on a floor access to that floor.
Only those individuals who have a customer security code can get access to the premises through the gate keypad or to the building using the door keypads.
16 cameras record all customer activities throughout the facility 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
